Usually, we are able to virtually position a number of houses on the lot that we have built fairly recently to make sure that their understanding is very clear so that they can make an educated decision. We do this all for free so that someone can comfortably decide to move forward or take a step back, and possibly proceed down the road when they feel better equipped to do so.”
